Which is not to say that I don't enjoy Christmas music. There's actually several Secular Songs, and yet some Christmas Carols and Hymnsthat I run to adopt with sentimental affection. Not for their religious value, of course, but instead because they incline to stimulate fond memories of my young and innocence. Of course, having sung in the chorus from fourth through 8th grade at the Sacred Spirit of Christ Church in the Bronx, didn't hurt.
