Spooky Saturday Sketch

I`m the hostess for this week`s Paper Craft Planet sketch challenge. Once again, I`ve shared a study that I feel myself using over and over again. It`s a mere one that will go with both stamped images and patterned paper with scarcely a view as an accent. I make a few samples that will establish you all of those options. Here`s the first sample using the sketch.

I used the Mind set, the Tender of the Month from Open and Simple Stamps. The set`s large spider web image is stamped randomly on a shimmery white panel. After I`d finished filling the jury with the spooky spider webs, I went back and added a spider. The jury is superimposed on a black mat, then on to a Creamsicle Cardigan card base. The set`s "happy Halloween" sentiment is stamped under the jury in black ink.I ran a strip of black twill from the top of the board to the project panel (the end`s nicely tucked away below the panel). Where the twill meets the stamped panel, I added a fun spider button with a twine bow. You could use this place for much of things-a flower, a bow, a sentiment panel, whatever. I view the button spider was perfect for my kind of spooky card-and I get to hold that I possess a pretty big bag of these spider (and bat) buttons, so I want to use some of them up-LOL!In typeface you want more inspiration to get you started, I get two more samples using this same sketch here and here. If you give a risk to bring along, upload your board to the PCP gallery with the keyword sk100910 so that it can be added to the album with the remainder of this week`s creations. And, in other Clear and Simple Stamps news, one of my projects is being featured tomorrow on the CSS iPhone app. I possess a little sneak peek to deal with you here today. Be certain to point by the app tomorrow to contain it out. You can get all the information on the one of a kind paper crafting app right here.Materials Used:Beware stamp set, Perfect Little Black Dress ink, Creamsicle Cardigan cardstock (Clear and Simple Stamps); Basic Black and Shimmery White cardstock (Stampin` Up!); black twill (Michaels); spider button (Blumenthal Lansing); baker`s twine (The Twinery)
